My Policies 

I ship within 3-8 business days for "ready to ship" orders on the website.

All packages are insured and will ship standard/ first class, and the shipping prices will reflect this. I will not make exceptions on insuring packages.

If you order a custom, these will usually take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, unless I notify you otherwise.

I will also be able to provide you with your products tracking number although I am not responsible for lost, or stolen packages.

There are no refunds or returns, so please be sure of your purchase before it is finalized; please make informed decisions regarding your ring size/ etc. If you are unsure if something will fit, feel free to send me a message to discuss.

If there are other requests/questions about any piece or order, please send me a message and we can talk about your concerns.

All items are completely made by hand, packaged and shipped, by one person. Please be aware that because of this, some pieces will show slight imperfections that add to their character and individual nature, and during certain times of year shipping times may be a bit longer than usual.
